What we work in
Stucco (traditional three-coat and synthetic), fiber cement (James Hardie and equivalent), wood lap siding, and shingles where applicable. We also handle exterior trim, fascia, and soffit.
Dry rot is the silent killer
Most exterior call-outs we get start as paint problems and end as structural issues. We probe before we paint. Where we find rot, we cut it out, treat the sheathing, and rebuild with proper flashing — not just cosmetic patching.
HOA and multifamily
We run HOA and multifamily exterior packages including reserve-study work. Coordinated phasing so units stay occupied where possible.
