What we do

We rebuild what your policy covers.

When a pipe bursts at 2am, when a tree comes through a roof, when smoke damage forces you out for weeks — the rebuild is rarely the hardest part. The claim is. We work with your insurance adjuster directly. We write Xactimate estimates that match the industry standard. We submit supplements when the original scope misses damage. We document the rebuild for the carrier. And we get your property back to pre-loss condition, in writing, signed off. You are not a project number to us. You are a homeowner or property manager in the middle of an event you did not plan for. We work the claim so you do not have to translate "insurance speak" for the next three months.
First Response

Need emergency mitigation first?

Most water and fire losses need two phases: emergency mitigation first (water extraction, dry-out, mold containment, board-up), then reconstruction. Cal Coast Construction handles the reconstruction. For the emergency first response, our family company Cal Coast Water Damage handles 24/7 mitigation across San Diego County. Between the two companies, one owner stands behind the entire arc — from the 2am water extraction to the final repainted wall. You are not handed off to strangers between phases.
