Caleb Lopez founded Cal Coast Construction in 2005 with a simple vision: build a construction company that actually answers its phones and delivers on its promises. What started in San Luis Obispo County has grown into a regional powerhouse serving three California counties.
Today, Cal Coast is led by three Managing Partners. Caleb continues to oversee SLO County and leads commercial construction. His brother Josiah runs San Diego County operations, specializing in HOA and residential work. Evan Scott joined when Cal Coast expanded into Ventura County, bringing expertise in government contracts and public sector relationships.
