The Challenge
The project required maintaining partial building operations throughout construction, with strict noise restrictions during business hours. Historic preservation requirements added complexity to material selections and installation methods.
Our Solution
Our team developed a detailed phasing plan that allowed city operations to continue uninterrupted. We scheduled all noisy work for evenings and weekends. We coordinated closely with the State Historic Preservation Office to ensure all modifications respected the building's historic character while meeting modern code requirements.
