Tenant improvement build-out of 4,200 square feet for a multi-physician medical practice. The project included 8 exam rooms, 2 procedure rooms, reception area, nurse stations, lab space, and administrative offices. All construction met healthcare facility standards including OSHPD-3 compliance.
The Challenge
Medical facilities have stringent requirements for infection control, electrical systems, and accessibility. The landlord had a strict timeline tied to the existing tenant's lease expiration. Coordinating specialized medical equipment installation required precise planning.

We developed a detailed schedule working backwards from the opening date, with built-in contingency for inspections. We coordinated directly with medical equipment vendors to ensure rough-in specifications were exact.
